Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bridal Hair Stylist to join our on-location team for select wedding dates. This role is ideal for an experienced stylist who already has an established business and is looking to take on additional, well-organized bookings within a luxury, experience-driven brand.
At Black Label Society Spa, our bridal services are designed to feel seamless, elevated, and detail-driven — from the first service to the final look.
The Role
Provide on-location bridal styling for weddings and events
Execute polished, long-lasting styles in a structured, time-sensitive environment
Work efficiently within a fast-paced setting (typically 30–45 minutes per style)
Work independently (or alongside a small team) while maintaining a seamless, elevated guest experience
Adapt to varying locations while maintaining consistent service standards
What to Expect
60% commission (inclusive of travel)
Flexible, as-needed scheduling — select weddings based on availability
Events meet a minimum of 5 services and can accommodate larger parties (up to 12+), based on your comfort level
Travel required up to 2 hours; extended travel only with prior approval
Well-organized timelines and communication provided for each event

Strong commitment to ongoing education and refining advanced techniques
Established clientele preferred (approximately 50% or more)
Proven experience in lived-in color, blonding, and/or extensions

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist who values both artistry and experience. At Black Label Society Spa, we specialize in a spa-like, elevated approach to hair — where luxury service and seamless, lived-in results go hand in hand. We are opening the salon portion of our space in Upper Lawrenceville sometime in May.
What You’ll Do
Deliver a high-end, spa-like experience for every guest
Specialize in lived-in color, blonding, and modern dimensional techniques
Perform haircuts, styling, and finishing work with attention to detail
Provide and/or support hair extension services
Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated workspace
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
Experience in lived-in color, blonding, and/or extensions (preferred)
Passion for creating a relaxing, luxury guest experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Bonus: Bridal styling experience (not required)
Compensation

We will be opening the salon portion of our spa sometime in May.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Salon Assistant to support our team and grow within a luxury spa environment. This role is designed for someone passionate about beauty and eager to develop into a skilled service provider.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and salon space
Support a seamless, high-end guest experience
Assist providers during services as needed
Perform shampooing, blow-drying, treatment prep, and hair color services after you have proper licensing (as trained)
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards
Assist with laundry, inventory, and daily operations
Training & Growth
This position includes hands-on training in guest experience, technical skills, and salon/spa operations, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role within Black Label Society Spa.
